Once you place a pre-order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated shipping date.

Waiting List Confirmation:
If you join a waiting list, we will email you as soon as the product becomes available for pre-order or purchase.

Shipping Timeline:
Pre-order items are typically shipped within 5–7 business days from the official release date. This timeframe is an estimate, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

Once your product is ready to ship, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on location. On average, orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Where We Ship From

Terraway is a UK-based outdoor brand.
To keep prices fair and reduce unnecessary handling, we use both:

  • UK fulfilment, and

  • Our specialist overseas production partners (the same regions used by major outdoor brands)

Depending on stock levels and availability, your order may be shipped from either location.

This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure efficient delivery.

What to Expect on Arrival

Some items are packed compactly to reduce packaging waste.
Because of this:

  • Bags may appear slightly flattened or soft upon arrival

  • They will naturally regain their full shape after being lightly filled or used for a short time

This does not affect durability or waterproof performance.

Order Tracking
