Where we ship

Terraway currently ships within the UK only.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 4 working days before dispatch.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the product you order.

Some Terraway products are stocked in the UK, while others are shipped through our supplier network. Because of this, delivery times can vary between products.

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages where relevant, but as a general guide:

• UK stocked items typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
• Other items may take longer depending on stock availability and fulfilment route

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive separately.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

For some items, tracking may not update immediately and may only become active once the parcel reaches the UK delivery network.
